We operate a two-tier choice of postage delivery service:
· Recorded Delivery/Airsure – insures your item and is trackable to ensure it does not go missing
· Standard Delivery – if you do not wish to have the item insured and can wait a little while longer for delivery. General delivery is also available for countries where Airsure is not possible – see below for details. Airsure IS available for postage to the USA.
United Kingdom
Postage to the United Kingdom is by Royal Mail.
· Standard Delivery takes between 3-5 working days
· Recorded Delivery means the package should arrive within 48 hours (usually the next working day following an order by midday) and requires a signature at the point of delivery.

Postage to mainland Europe is available through Airmail (Standard Delivery) and Airsure.
· Standard Delivery takes between 4-6 working days
· Airsure guarantees 2-4 working days for delivery and means your item is fully insured and trackable. It receives priority handling.
· Airsure is available in the following countries within Europe:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden and Switzerland.

We are able to dispatch orders to every other country in the world by standard (Airmail) delivery and to a select few other countries by Airsure.
· Standard Delivery – with Standard Delivery we aim to have your product with you within 5 working days.
· Airsure – is guaranteed to deliver at least one day earlier than standard delivery, is fully trackable, has priority handling, confirms delivery and fully insures your order.
